Consultancy Services   During the course of her legal career, Raquel has had extensive experience of managing and restructuring departments. Raquel majored in psychology in her first degree and has found this a useful foundation on which to build when resolving teambuilding and motivational issues.    Having used Videss, Eclispe and Solcase case management systems and various time recording packages including Arista Raquel is well placed to use and advise on the implementation of firms seeking to introduce and / use such systems.    Raquel has also been influential in the implementation of and adherence to Lexcel and ISO9002 quality accreditation schemes, both of which provide clients and Partners alike with the additional reassurance that quality control systems are in place, which in turn impacts on both the service delivered and the cost of indemnity insurance.   Drawing on all of her experience, Raquel’s problem solving abilities have been called on by several firms and she has identified this as a niche specialism in which she may be able to assist other firms with similar concerns or requirements.    Raquel currently operates a locum law service and is available to provide advise nationwide.
